My name is Lynne Bereza, and for me, yoga has been life-changing. From the first moment I stepped onto a yoga mat, even though I had no idea what to do, I felt like I had found a home. Everyone’s yoga journey is different, but when asked why this practice has become an integral part of my life, my typical answer is that it brings me joy. Not the short-lived adrenaline rush of a great workout (which is also great!) but a deep-rooted feeling of peace, well-being, and complete ease in my body.
Yoga is YOUR practice and yours alone. My mission is to guide your yoga practice in a way that works for you, in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Yoga is truly for everybody, of every age, shape, size, and ability.

Christa Davidson

I discovered yoga when a friend of mine invited me to attend a yoga class she was teaching. After a few classes I began to feel the benefits of the practice, not just physically but emotionally and physiologically as well. It soon became an essential part of my life. After practicing yoga for several years, I enrolled in the Yoga Centre Winnipeg Teacher Training Program and in September 2016 received my YCWTT 200hrs. Since then I have participated in Summer Intensive Workshops at Yoga Centre Winnipeg and continue my studies through yoga classes and workshops in the Advanced Teacher Training Program at YCW. Teaching has given me the opportunity to share my love of yoga, working with body and breath and finding a sense of peace within.
The intention of each class I teach is: "To think of your yoga practice as exploration rather than exercise. Exploring your body, your mind, your breath, and bring all three into union"

Erin McLeod
Yoga Instructor
Erin is a married Mother of three, and her journey into fitness truly began in her thirties. She fell in love with boot camp workouts and running, and those passions shaped how she approaches movement and health. After a knee injury in her mid thirties, she shifted her focus toward stretching and yoga, discovering how deeply healing and supportive they can be. Along the way, Erin's own mental health struggles have shown her just how powerful a regular, mindful practice can be for body and mind.

Outside yoga, Erin loves to paddle board, bike, hike, read and cook for her family. She also treasures the time spent at their family cabin, where she feels most grounded and connected to nature.
​
In Erin's classes, she creates a space where you can breathe, reconnect, and set time aside just for yourself. Her goal is to help others find strength, balance and a sense of calm, both on and off the mat.

The Studio on Sask
Empower'd Barre Fusion is a music-based fitness class that blends so many things:
~barre training
~functional strength training
~aerobic movement
~dynamic stretching

This is a low impact, high energy fitness class format designed to encompass and welcome all levels of fitness.
In @empowerdmethod Barre Fusion class we work our body head to toe, starting with a warm up, using body weight, dumbbells, the barre, resistance bands and more! We end every class with a great cool down/stretching routine.
​
We provide all the equipment, so you just need to bring yourself.
